Once your order is placed, your design or logo will be converted into a "stitch-ready" format for embroidery machines to sew. We will convert your custom logo into a rich, three-dimensional embroidery format absolutely FREE for every purchase of at least six embroidered custom caps of any one style.

For some styles, additional embroidery locations are also available. The maximum embroidery size for custom knit hats is 4.2" W x 2.1" H while for visors, it is 4.2" W x 1.1" H. The smallest letters that can be embroidered is 0.25" high.
